PulsePay Health helps healthcare teams recover patient balances faster by combining collections dashboards, AI prioritization, dispute handling, payment plans, patient payment links, communication logs, voice outreach, and settlement campaigns in one workflow.

Clicking on total outstanding shows an account balance summary for all patients. The AI Command Center is a centralized dashboard for AI-driven insights and automation. The Disputes section surfaces any outstanding payment disputes the AI has automatically tagged from patient responses. The Accounts page shows the list of all patient accounts and their associated details.

Clicking on a particular patient opens the specific patient profile. On the Patient Detail screen you can review all patient-level details — address, phone, amounts due, invoice details — and the next steps available for that patient's balance. View Patient Portal illustrates the exact interface a patient sees when they open a payment link.

After receiving an SMS or emailed payment link, patients land on a screen showing their current balance, outstanding amounts, and open invoices. They can pay in full or self-enroll in a payment plan. Set up a Payment Plan walks through 2-, 3-, or 4-month options.

Comm Logs shows the full history of communications related to each patient account, including scheduled outbound messages. Voice Calls shows recorded AI voice call interactions and outcomes. Settlement Campaigns runs approval-gated campaigns aimed at resolving outstanding balances. Workouts manages account-level adjustments. Offers handles patient promotions. Dashboard returns to the main control panel.

What's in this demo

The Patient Intake Forms web application streamlines the process of sending and managing patient forms. It simplifies how staff handle patient information, form submissions, and language settings — faster intake, less admin work.

Send Forms starts the distribution flow. Search or enter a new patient to locate an existing record or create one. Enter the patient's name, email, and primary phone number — the platform delivers the form by SMS or email. Select the appropriate imaging form to send.

Submissions shows patient form responses as they come in. View opens detailed information about a single submission. Worklist helps staff manage and prioritize patient tasks and pending forms. The Forms editor gives access to all available patient forms for review or editing. Reports surfaces analytics and summaries across submissions.

Kiosk Mode is built for in-office use — patients fill out forms on a tablet or iPad. Start Kiosk Mode opens the kiosk interface on the chosen device. Native Spanish language toggle (Español ↔ English) means the interface adapts to patient convenience without staff intervention. Forms complete seamlessly on desktop or mobile.

The application covers the full intake workflow: sending forms, reviewing submissions, kiosk completion, and language settings — improving patient communication and reducing administrative load across the practice.
