I built Veredge because I got tired of watching owners pay consultants who've never met a P&L.

I'm Sami. For 15 years I've run Crown Valley Imaging — a radiology center in Mission Viejo. I've negotiated every payer contract, signed every payroll check, dealt with every staff crisis, and operated through the kind of pressure that kills most small businesses. I know exactly what it feels like to be the bottleneck in your own business.

Along the way, I also learned to build. Not code for a living — I'm not a developer — but enough to ship production AI systems end-to-end: voice agents, automated workflows, collections platforms, intake forms, CRMs. I handle cloud architecture, GCP deployment, Dockerized services, and production web & app hosting. I did it because my vendors couldn't or wouldn't, and I was tired of paying them $150/hour to not solve my problems.

Veredge is what happens when you combine 15 years of P&L operating experience with enough technical fluency to actually build what you imagine. We're not consultants. We're not a SaaS company. We're operators who build what other operators need — in healthcare, in professional services, in trades, in any industry where the owner is the bottleneck.
