VEREDGE
About

I built Veredge because I got tired of watching owners pay consultants who've never met a P&L.

Operator-founded. Specialist-backed. Led by someone who's lived on a P&L for 15 years.

I'm Sami Beydoun, Founder of Veredge LLC. For 15+ years I've been CEO of a multi-location diagnostic imaging center in Orange County, California. I serve as a Director and Chair of the Asset-Liability Committee at Partners Bank of California (OTC: PBKX). I'm the Principal of the Beydoun Family Office. I hold an MBA.

I've negotiated every payer contract, signed every payroll check, dealt with every staff crisis, and operated through the kind of pressure that kills most small healthcare practices. I know what it's like to be the bottleneck in your own business.

Along the way I learned to build. Not code for a living — I'm not a developer — but enough to ship production AI systems end-to-end: voice agents, workflow automation, collections platforms, intake forms, RIS-adjacent tooling. Cloud architecture, GCP deployment, Dockerized services, production hosting. I did it because my vendors couldn't or wouldn't, and I was tired of paying them $150/hour to not solve my problems.

I started Veredge after deploying AI-driven operations at my own practice and watching it collect $535,000 in 123 days — +129% vs. the legacy platform on the same patient panel. Other healthcare operators started asking how — so I built Veredge to do the same for them.

Veredge is what happens when 15+ years of healthcare operating experience meets enough technical fluency to build what you imagine. I lead every engagement personally and bring in specialists when the work requires one. Not a consultant's practice. Not a SaaS company. An operator's practice, built to serve other healthcare operators.

The edge isn't cutting. It's true.

That's what veredge means — verus (true, real) + edge. Not theoretical advantage. Operational advantage. Verified, proven, deployed.

If you're a healthcare operator and something is broken but you don't have time to build the fix — that's the problem Veredge exists to solve.
