Veredge LLC (“Veredge,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website veredge.ai. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.
We take your privacy seriously. We do not sell your personal information. Period.

Information you provide directly
- Contact form submissions:name, email, company or practice name, industry, the nature of what's broken, and your preferred contact method — when you use the form on our Contact page.
- Email correspondence: anything you share when emailing hello@veredge.ai.
- Scheduling: information you provide when booking a 20-minute discovery call through our scheduling tool (Calendly).
Information collected automatically
- Usage data: pages visited, time on site, referring URL, browser type, device type, and operating system — from standard server logs.
- IP address: captured by our hosting provider in server logs.
- localStorage: your preference settings (theme, accessibility options) and your cookie consent choice. Details in Section 3.
Information we do NOT collect
- No Social Security numbers, financial account information, health records, or Protected Health Information (PHI) through this website.
- No facial recognition, biometric identifiers, or device fingerprinting.
- No advertising profiles built from your browsing activity.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiries and schedule discovery calls.
- Provide, maintain, and improve the site.
- Send follow-up communications specifically related to your inquiry. We will never add you to a marketing list without your explicit consent.
- Analyze aggregate site usage to improve user experience.
- Comply with legal obligations.
5. Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary:
- Contact form submissions: retained up to 24 months, then deleted.
- Email correspondence: retained per standard business record practices.
- Server logs: automatically deleted after 90 days.
- localStorage data: persists in your browser until you clear it or change your preferences.

- Right to limit use of sensitive personal information: we do not collect sensitive personal information as defined by the CPRA.

8. Other State & International Rights
Residents of other U.S. states with comprehensive privacy laws (including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and others) may have similar rights to access, delete, and opt out of the sale of personal information. Contact us to exercise these rights.
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or other jurisdiction with data-protection laws, you may have additional rights including the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority. Our lawful basis for processing personal data is legitimate interest (responding to your inquiries) and consent (for optional analytics and marketing).

This site is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
